Project Slim Waistline is my online personal training program that you can do from anywhere! It's chock full of quick workouts emailed directly to you every day for 28 days. It's a no-brainer if you're a busy professional or time-strapped mom who can't seem to get in a workout. Each video is 10-15 minutes with no equipment needed.
